This is the time were publicity for films are created much in advance, so much even before the shooting of the film begins. The media plays a big role in doing this. The recent film to enter this list is ‘Robot’.

Kumudham, a famous weekly in Tamilnadu, has come up with one such competition.

Since ‘Robot’ is an English name -- and in Tamilnadu there is tax exemption for movies with Tamil names -- the weekly has come up with a competition where the person who suggests a fitting Tamil title for the film ‘Robot’ will win a cash award of Rs. 1000/-

There is also a special which will go to the person, who along with the apt title also gives the best punch dialogue for our superstar.

There was also news making the rounds earlier that Sujatha, who is penning the story for ‘Robot’, had suggested the title ‘Eeyanthira’ meaning robot in Tamil. But since there is a competition it seems like the core group of this film is having its options wide.

This competition in Kumudham stands testimony to the fact that the media dearly begins to own films that roll out of big banners with larger-than-life superstars.

So people sharpen your wits and start thinking about an appropriate Tamil title for ‘Robot’ and who knows you might be the one to christen the biggest film of the subcontinent!
